Digital Resources for our San Jose Community (Updated)

One of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµâ€™s core values is teamwork. We strive to work powerfully together in a unified effort to achieve our goals. With a goal of keeping all San Jose residents informed and equipped with important resources, Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ will utilize this digital platform to share community-essential resources.

Learning Resources:


Emerson Collective
A collection of links of best-practice resources gathered with the following groups in mind: students, parents, and educators. This includes a large collection of online resources, as well as some printable resources.


TNTP, The New Teacher Project
A blog article containing guiding principles around virtual home learning resources, geared towards school administrators and teachers. Written by Crystal Harmon, Executive Vice President, Consulting & Workforce.

Food Resources:

Staff speaks English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin and Tagalog. Three-way interpretation available for other languages.
Afterhours – Call 211. It’s free, confidential and available 24/7 in multiple languages. Operated by United Way Bay Area.


ARUSD
Provides the locations Alum Rock Union School District schools that are open for meal distribution during school closure. The listed sites are open from 11:00am – 1:00pm.


ESUHSD
Provides the locations of East Side Union High School District schools that are open for meal distribution during school closure. The listed sites are open from 12:00pm – 1:00pm.
