�鶹��Ƶ San Antonio was honored to have Jason Mcree, Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications at USAA and �鶹��Ƶ San Antonio board member, give the commencement address at �鶹��Ƶ San Antonio’s 2022 Graduation. Jason shared his words of encouragement and wisdom to our �鶹��Ƶ AmeriCorps members at our graduation ceremony on May 27, 2022.

In his speech, Jason shared the three core values that he holds dear – service, excellence, and integrity. He encouraged our corps to hold these close and explained how each value has played a pivotal role in his personal and professional life.

Jason highlighted the value of service and the blessing that comes when we give ourselves to others. He shared what the power of excellence can have over our lives and his humility reminded everyone in the audience that personal growth and reflection are key to cultivating a life of continuous improvement. Jason reminded everyone that although failures and difficulties are inevitable, no trial is unsurmountable when we strive for excellence. Lastly, Jason shared a powerful personal story of his son and the value of integrity. It is not just about doing the right thing, but about being our truest selves.
