FAIRWINDS Foundation Sponsors Financial Literacy
鶹Ƶ Orlando is proud to announce FAIRWINDS Foundation as a newpartner in our workٳdzܲtheirinvestmentin 鶹Ƶ Orlando AmeriCorps members and the students we serve. We believe that we all have a role to play in the economic growth of our communities. Like the FAIRWINDS Foundation, we know that when individuals are financially informed, they are better positioned to secure and improve their financial well-being.
FAIRWINDS Foundationwillsupport financial literacy training for the鶹Ƶ Orlandocorps, as well as school-based math and financial literacy initiatives. Beginning this school year and into next,80 AmeriCorps members will develop the skills to become financially free through saving and building credit.The partnership also includes our work with students attending eight Title I OCPS partner schools, equipping AmeriCorps members serving in 35 math classrooms, reaching more than 500 students.
