By regularly gathering feedback from our partner schools and AmeriCorps members, we remain nimble and responsive, adapting our approach to meet the evolving needs of students, teachers, and school communities.

As we reach the midpoint of the 2024-25 school year, we’re excited to share highlights from our mid-year program surveys, which reflect the dedication and hard work of our AmeriCorps members and the meaningful partnerships we’ve built with schools across Greater Boston.

Partner Schools: A Resounding Vote of Confidence

Our partner teachers and administrators consistently recognize the value that �鶹��Ƶ AmeriCorps members bring to their classrooms:

• • 100% of teachers agree that AmeriCorps members have a positive impact on their class and students.
  • 99% of teachers and 94% of administrators express satisfaction with their school’s partnership with �鶹��Ƶ.
  • 96% of teachers report satisfaction with AmeriCorps member preparedness.

Beyond the numbers, the impact is felt deeply in classrooms every day. As one partner teacher shared:

From the very beginning of the school year, they have demonstrated a genuine commitment to meeting the needs articulated during our initial discussions. They have always been present with our students, showing thoughtfulness in how they support each individual student.

Their consistent presence in the classroom has built trust and rapport with the students, who now see them as an integral part of the teaching team. Many students look to the �鶹��Ƶ member daily for guidance and support, whether it’s academic, emotional, or behavioral.
