Master of Public Service Scholarship

The Clinton School’s in-person program offers Segal Education Award match scholarships for up to 5 �鶹��Ƶ AmeriCorps members, alumni, and staff.

For the Fall 2025 cohort, there are single match, double match, and triple match scholarships available, based on the strength of application files.

Scholarships are awarded to �鶹��Ƶ AmeriCorps members and alum who complete at least one term of service and �鶹��Ƶ staff members employed for at least two years.

Applicants will also be considered for additional merit-based aid based on the strength of the application. After receiving scholarship and stipend support, students in the most recent enrolling cohort pay on average just $2,000 annually to earn their MPS degrees.

• No application fee
• The Clinton School will permit admitted students to defer enrollment by one year if they decide to stay with �鶹��Ƶ for additional time before starting their studies.

There are three application deadlines for Fall 2025 enrollment to the Master of Public Service degree program:

• Early Action – November 5: Receive an additional $1,000 in financial support
• Priority – January 5
• Regular – March 5

After March 5, applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until all spots in the cohort are filled.

To identify your �鶹��Ƶ affiliation

Indicate that you served in an AmeriCorps Program and list �鶹��Ƶ in your application form under the “Additional Questions” section.

To apply for the scholarship

To be considered for the scholarship, a verification letter must be requested by emailing alumni@cityyear.org with the subject line “Clinton School: �鶹��Ƶ verification letter request”. The �鶹��Ƶ Alumni Impact Team will verify the service and send the verification letter to the Clinton School.
