Saint Joseph’s University offers �鶹��Ƶ AmeriCorps members and alums

20% scholarships

Saint Joseph’s University’s Mission Discount offers a 20% tuition discount on for all admitted �鶹��Ƶ applicants. The occupational therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy and physician’s assistant programs are not eligible for the Mission Discount.

Scholarships are awarded to �鶹��Ƶ AmeriCorps members and alums who complete at least one term of service.

The scholarships described above represent the minimum awards; applicants will be considered for additional need-based and merit-based aid.

• Enrollment deferral: a two-year deferral for accepted students who decide to stay with �鶹��Ƶ for additional time before starting their studies at Saint Joseph’s University.

To identify your �鶹��Ƶ affiliation

To identify your �鶹��Ƶ affiliation on the online application, please select “yes” and “�鶹��Ƶ” when asked if you have completed at least one year of full-time service. You will then be prompted to upload a service verification letter to the online application.

To access the application fee waiver and apply for the scholarship

To get the application fee waived and be considered for the scholarship, please request a �鶹��Ƶ service verification letter by emailing alumni@cityyear.org with “Saint Joseph’s University: �鶹��Ƶ verification letter request” in the subject line. Include the site where you served and dates of service in the email. This letter will be sent directly back to you to upload to the online application.
