Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School offers Â鶹ÊÓƵ AmeriCorps members, alums and staff
25% scholarships
The scholarship award will be equal to 25% of tuition for up to three Â鶹ÊÓƵ applicants per year for the . The scholarship is renewable for a maximum of two years, provided recipients maintain satisfactory performance in the first year.
Scholarships are awarded to Â鶹ÊÓƵ AmeriCorps members and alums who complete at least one term of service and Â鶹ÊÓƵ staff employed for at least two years.
Applicants may be considered for additional merit-based awards depending on the strength of their application.

- Enrollment deferral: a one-year deferral for admitted Â鶹ÊÓƵ applicants who decide to serve additional time with Â鶹ÊÓƵ before starting with Johns Hopkins University.

To access the application fee waiver and apply for the scholarship
To get the application fee waived and be considered for the scholarship, a service verification letter must be requested by emailing alumni@cityyear.org with “Johns Hopkins Carey Business School: Â鶹ÊÓƵ verification letter request” in the subject line. Within the email, include the site where you served and your AmeriCorps graduation month and year. This letter will be sent electronically by Â鶹ÊÓƵ to the admissions office and added to your applicant file.
