$8,000-$10,000 scholarships
$10,000 scholarships: available for all admitted Â鶹ÊÓƵ applicants who pursue full-time enrollment in the following programs:
Master of Arts
Master of Science
$9,000 scholarships: available for all admitted Â鶹ÊÓƵ applicants who pursue full-time enrollment in the .
$8,000 scholarships: available for all admitted Â鶹ÊÓƵ applicants who pursue full-time enrollment in the (the dual Master of Science/Master of Business Administration degree is not eligible).
Scholarship recipients must meet the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences’ admissions criteria.
Scholarships are awarded to Â鶹ÊÓƵ AmeriCorps members and alums who complete at least one term of service and Â鶹ÊÓƵ staff employed for at least two years.
For eligible programs, applicants will be considered for additional need-based awards depending on their submission of the FAFSA.

Enrollment deferral: Admitted students may defer enrollment by one year if they decide to stay with Â鶹ÊÓƵ for additional time before starting their studies.

To access the application fee waiver and apply for the scholarship
To get the application fee waived and be considered for the scholarship, a service verification letter must be requested by emailing alumni@cityyear.org with “Brandeis GSAS: service verification letter” in the subject line. Within the email, indicate your service site and dates of service. Your verification letter will be sent electronically by Â鶹ÊÓƵ to the admissions office and added to your applicant file.
