Bard College Graduate Programs in Sustainability

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ is proud to partner with Bard College’s graduate programs in sustainability, which cultivate leaders who break through existing systems and innovate solutions to critical social, environmental and economic challenges, offering 30% tuition scholarships.

Bard College’s graduate programs in sustainability offer Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ AmeriCorps members, alums and staff

30% scholarships

Bard College’s Graduate Programs in Sustainability provide partial tuition fellowships worth at least 30% of tuition to admitted Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ applicants.

Fellowships awarded to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ AmeriCorps members and alums who complete at least one term of service and Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ staff employed for at least two years.

  • Application fee waiver
  • Enrollment deferral: Admitted students will be permitted to defer enrollment by one year if they decide to serve additional time with Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ before starting their studies.

Please state that you served with Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and reference our partnership on the online application.

To apply for the scholarship

To be considered for the fellowship, applicants must provide a service or employment verification letter from Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ by emailing alumni@cityyear.org with “Bard College GPS: Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ verification letter request” in the subject line. Within the email, include the site where you served and your AmeriCorps graduation month and year. This letter will be sent electronically by Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ to the admissions office and added to your applicant file.
