Information regarding PSLF verification

Please follow the instructions below if you need to verify your service and/or employment with �鶹��Ƶ for :

1. Utilize the to complete a PSLF form.
2. Search for �鶹��Ƶ under employers using �鶹��Ƶ’s EIN number (you can find this on your W-2 form).
3. Once you have completed the form, you will have the option to sign/submit it digitally or manually.
   • For digital submission: You will be asked how you want your employers to sign your PSLF form. Select “electronic signature,” and list Darcy Morgan (dmorgan@cityyear.org) from �鶹��Ƶ’s Payroll Department as the employer’s email address.

Please note: When using the PSLF help tool, add �鶹��Ƶ as an employer for each term of service or employment you had at �鶹��Ƶ (e.g. each service year at �鶹��Ƶ, any nonconsecutive time employed at �鶹��Ƶ).
