Tom Ward is a partner in the corporate department of WilmerHale. His practice focuses on corporate and securities matters for technology companies, with an emphasis on public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital work and international transactions. Mr. Ward is a member of the board of directors of the Princeton Entrepreneurs’ Network and serves as co-clerk on the board of Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Inc.
