How my guidance is structured:

Step  1 – Clarification

Phase 1:  Exploring your innate Goddess skills, gifts and passions to identify your particular mission with which you can get started immediately.

Phase 2:   Personalized coaching to help you shape your life purpose action plan as a clear and do-able goal.  Imagine, no more wandering around in nebulous overwhelm!  Wouldn’t that be priceless?!!

Phase 3:   Creation of a Spiritual strategy plan for fast-tracking your journey to manifest your life purpose.

Phase 2 – Empowerment

Step 1 -  Practical tools to lift and align your vibrations to your new, desired reality, including essential home environment adjustments to create a supportive setting for your transformation.

Step 2 – Sacred rituals that can be personalized to your own beliefs that can jumpstart your spiritual growth and quickly increase your vibrational attraction levels.

Step 3 – Mediations and Visualizations  to align your energy with your higher purpose, and anchor your intentions into your daily life.

You will receive full notes on any techniques that are selected.

Phase 3 – Accountability

A scheduled 20 minute follow up call, approximately 3 weeks later, to assess your progress, reset your focus, and celebrate your Success!!  Yayy!

5. to adjust your emotions as required, using the principles of Emotional Elegance
6. to make peace with your journey that has brought you to this point, and to deeply acknowledge that a) you are perfect as you are right now, and b) that everything that has happened to you was also perfect for the lessons and experiences it brought to your life
7. how personal reality is shaped by thoughts and words
8. to control and harness the power of your thoughts in constructive, not destructive ways
9. to use Intentionality as a weapon of mass goodness (leadership)
10. to use your freewill to fulfill your destiny
11. to release negative Karma that you may find yourself trapped in
12. to understand and work with pain and suffering as a tool for building wisdom
13. to re-value your relationships for the hidden blessings they bring into your life
14. to design a life so worth living, to the point where you definitely don’t want to stay in bed longer than necessary in the mornings

You can choose between a single, one-off  intensive to get you on track, or a short extended series to allow you to meet and overcome some of your resistances.
