This particular article is a really good place to start, because it continues a phrase that I use in my home page – surfing the energies.  Well, actually, the article uses the analogy of riding in a boat on the ocean on life.  It expands on some of the fundamentals of where the individual (that is, YOU) meets the larger forces of the world.
